However, there are a couple of special thanks to be given. Firstly to Eamonn who was a roaring success with his tight pink shorts and rather proud chest. His banter with the crowd was amazing to see even though his children were rather embarrassed of their Dad. My second lot of thanks go to Eddie and David who were also a huge success plying their trade by the public toilets. If you want to know more you will need to ask them.
We had some enquiries about the club but the day was really about Pink Ladies Day. Some members of the club may be disappointed in that a number of these enquiries were from Land Rover owners!
However, we do have another opportunity to get the club name out there in Wheels Of the Century. This will take place on Sunday 9th November and we are looking for volunteers to man the stand. You will not need to man the stand all day, just an hour will suffice.
We also have another public event which is a Sausage Sizzle on Saturday 15th November at BCF Morayfield. Again we will be looking for volunteers to help man the stand and again just an hour of your time would be most appreciated.
