It was also a busy month for promoting the club with the Wheels of the Century car show. From reports received it was not a huge success but it was worth a try just to see what the show was like.
We had another sausage sizzle on the 15th at BCF Morayfield. Unfortunately this one was not so good and we only managed to raise $200. However, I would like to say a big thanks to all the volunteers who assisted on the day (Eddie and Laurraine, Gary, Cecilia, Erin, Saun and Anthony, Christine and Robert, Helen and David). It does mean we managed to raise $675 for club funds in November.
We also had the trip planning meeting which attracted a good number of members. We now have some very interesting trips planned for the next 12 months.
By the time you read this the Christmas party weekend will be over so I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our members a very merry Christmas and a happy new year.
Just to remind people the next club meeting will be on Wednesday 14th January which is a week later than our normal meeting date.
